Cancellation Policy
We understand that things can come up and you may need to reschedule your appointment. However, as a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you fail to reschedule your appointment before the 48 hour mark, we reserve the right to keep 50% of the value of the service(s) scheduled.
No Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointments and do not provide any prior notice, we reserve the right to keep 100% of the value of the service(s) scheduled. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will; make exceptions in these situations. However, we kindly request that you provide us with 48 hours notice to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to our stylists' schedule and other clients.
Non refundable Policy : all appointments booked online are non refundable if you cant make the appointment we would be happy to assist you in switching the day within the 48 hour time frame. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy, no show policy, and non refundable policy.
